Hi There, I'm Bee and I'm passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals in a fun and motivating environment! Whether you want to run a 5km race or a Marathon. Perhaps you would like to do the Coast to Coast or enter the Spring Challenge but don't know where to start. Let me help you! It is often more achievable than you think!
I can write you a personalised programme using online software called Training Peaks guiding and motivating you towards reaching your goals.
I also write programmes for weight loss and general health and fitness. I keep a close eye on your online programme and work to keep you on track and reaching your goals!
I offer motivating & fun one on one personal training sessions for 30 mins that will improve your strength, fitness & health. I will motivate you to get the results you are after!
If you love group exercise then I have 2 different classes that I take - a 1 hour class which is 30 mins Spin & 30 mins strength training or ZUU! ZUU is an amazing strength and cardio class that focuses on functionality strength and mobility. It would have to be the best 30 min fat burning class that I have ever taken or been to!
As I have 3 preschool/school age kids my time will be limited so if you are interested give me a call or flick me an email to be sure I can fit you in!
