A great place to buy a bed, especially if you don't know what you want or need. Ask for Dev, he was friendly, professional, knew his stuff, and wasn't at all pushy. We are really happy with our bed, and would return here next time we need a bed or mattress. A+
We called on Wednesday 18 December, after looking at the website, to see if there were any bunks in stocks and was there any chance of getting 2 sets before Christmas. We spoke ro Dev, who confirmed that they had a display model that we could do have and he could order a second. As the carriers were busy Dev offered to put them in the company van and deliver them himself. They were partly assembled and he completed the assembly for us. Truly outstanding service and we were very impressed. Thanks to Dev and the team at Beds R Us Whangarei.
Walked into the store looking for a platform bed, and came out with something so much better! Dev was absolutely brilliant, asking relevant questions and leading us to the perfect combination bed/s for our space. We bought the Sleepyhead Space Base and Mattress, in the long single to be combined to make a queen bed. Without Dev's knowledge and help, we would have been lost. From when we first walked in the sales approach was faultless. Answered all our questions and explained at a technical level the difference in the range of mattresses. We did the laydown pressure test and went from there. After going to the opposition and getting lack of service as well as going my own research we returned and closed the sale. I even complemented Dev on his sales approach. The follow-up on when the mattress was ready and delivery was faultless…congrats to the team A+++
Service was excellent and as a new house build the bed was sitting awaiting us before delivery of our furniture. Dev and others kept us up to date about delivery. Bed is extremely comfortable.
