Recommend going here to buy a bed as they made the whole confusing bed buying thing really easy which was great given how many options are available. Dan was really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and helped make the whole process so simple. Very happy with the purchase from 6 months ago.
The sales staff was very welcoming, especially Jessie. The bad experience was after I paid. I ordered a Queen size mattress from sleepyhead escape collection. Due to the New Year public holiday, I went to their warehouse to pick up the mattress together with the store staff. when I arrived home, I found out that the mattress they gave me was not the one I ordered. After the day I had to re-rent a vehicle to exchange the mattress , and the store staff didn't offer any compensation when they know what happens there. Although I can understand that anyone can make mistakes, so I was going to get the right mattress and forget about it. The ridiculous thing is until I opened the package only to find out that I paid almost $3000 for a mattress with some hairs and a small stain on it. Tired to return and exchange, happy new year anyway everyone
Absolutely amazing service, Dan Smith was the salesperson. His depth of knowledge and attention to my needs is the best I have received in the last 10 years. Truly is the best service and after sales support. I went to multiple bed stores and never received service even close to Dans
Dan was amazing. We entered clueless and bewildered, having been 12 years since we shopped for a bed, and Dan took about 5 minutes to hone our options down to three beds all of which were great. He was genuine and, we felt, trustworthy and very straight up about what would work for us and what wouldn't. He knew his stuff, and provided a LOT of good information that the other salespeople we met didn't provide. Not so much a salesman as a "bed advisor".
Outstanding Customer service from Graeme he Very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us ensure we got the right bed . And I am so pleased with our new bed and the new pillows great sleep highly recommend you see Graeme when choosing your next bed
Today I was in search of a pillow and the gentleman by the name of Dan I believe I hope that was correct tall bloke very kind and Charming decided to walk me around and show me what options they had and I would just like to make this review and let you know that this member knows 100% there is to know about beds and he is great and spectacular at selling a pillow and not even just the pillow but anything in the store as his knowledge goes its top notch and he could tell me anything and everything about a bed and was very informative. I hope that Dan read this and whoever is in charge of the store but know this he is an outstanding staff member and he will go very far in life. I will definitely be coming back to the speed store I most likely by the pillow that he easily sold me on
Plenty of parking, Wide variety of beds and mattresses to suit your personal requirements, excellent customer service, delivery is available it required.
Worst place ive ever had to deal with. Talk rubbish to you to make the sale you buy what they say is the best for you. Then only after a few weeks the mattress collapse and bedsrus te rapa don't want to deal with the problem. Bedsrus te rapa don't care as they have got there money now and to hell with the customers after payment is made. So much for the 10 year warranty on the product.
We ordered a king single bed which was medium firm. However it was much soft than we expected. Asked for refund but they said it's not allowed. If we want to change to another bed then we will have to pay 75 for making a change. The guy who served us we're very arrogant. Very disappointed! Will never go back again!
