Great service from BedsRus Porirua! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who helped us get the bed height we wanted! Looks great and is incredibly conformable. I want to add that the delivery driver Todd was fantastic! My partner have moved into a new home and have had many furtniture items delivered. Todd was by far the most efficient, after quickly carrying the bed up to our third story, Todd put the bed together for us and took away all of the packaging! This felt like it was within the space of 10 minutes! Amazing!
Had a superb experience in this store. Both Ross and Jess offered exceptional and professional service. They were patient with us as we took our time to decide on a bed and provided excellent advice. BedsRus comes highly recommended. Products are great and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Andy and Kara were phenomenal. They helped my friend and I pick the perfect chest of drawers. They were great explaining that some NZ made companies are willing to change the specs if they can do it on their machinery. Their attitude and sense of humour really made for a great experience. The shop itself was gorgeously styled leaving a very positive impression on us. Thank you Andy and Kara!
Honestly 10/10 recommend this business if you are buying a bed. It was such an easy process to buy the bed, especially as I was moving from another city and they were so helpful over the phone. Secondly when it came to delivery they went above and beyond. It was tricky round a corner and the railing had to be removed but they persevered and got it upstairs so I’m just so thankful! They also have left me with some tips if I was to move and shift the bed. Highly highly recommend :
Andy at BedsRus was fantastic. Andy was super informative, providing us all the necessary information we needed to make a decision; but at no time was he pushy. We spent over an hour in the shop, but never felt like we were a nuisance with all of our questions. Andy was able to answer all our questions, he was super knowledgable and professional. He was able to talk through all of our options and work with us to narrow them down. We purchased a new bed for our new home and are super excited for it to arrive. I would highly recommend Andy and BedsRus Porirua.

Hi Kara I don't normally extend thanks but the service you have provided me has been outstanding. From the moment we walked in the store you gave us the attention we required without being too in our faces. You gave us the honest truth about the bed and sizes and how they all worked, manufacture, delivery etc Its a day and night difference from a previous furniture supplier as you kept us posted right throughout the process and was straight up when there was a mix up. Then to top if off you had the bed delivered and to my amazement event installed!! The install team was very professional looking, friendly and knew what they were doing. again a massive difference from previous furniture deliveries Then they even took away all the packaging which was awesome as we got to enjoy the product without having to deal with getting the very large packaging away. This has made for a very enjoyable experience from BedsRus so thank you again. I will definitely be recommending you to all
