Davey was excellent to deal with, made the experience of buying a new bed nice and easy. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting great customer service when they're in need of a bed.
My husband and I liked how the bed store is set out. We had a stroller and it was good to be able to get around the beds without any issues. We were able to walk in and try out the bed we were interested in. We were also assisted and felt welcomed and we found the man at the reception very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Beds 4 U for quality and price..,and yes, we bought a bed right there and then Mr and Mrs Mesquita
Edit: We approached the store about the mattress being faulty 4/5mths after purchasing, took a month to get someone out to assess it and was called a pit bull by a member of staff. We had a loan mattress offered that had re-sellotaped ends on the packaging, we decided we no longer wanted to deal with this issue so asked for a refund on the mattress. We are still fighting for a refund on a proven faulty product and will have to take legal action resulting it further costs as the clear breaches of consumer guarantee act and fair trade act and the many many emails proving the misinformation and miscommunication on their head office part only adds to our dislike of this whole company. We just want our money back for the mattress that's still rock hard on one side, sagging on the other, buldging in the middle and the stitching on one side is faulty all after 4mths of owning it now 6mths cause it takes so long to get customer service out of this group, and by the way, Dave telling us to "just wear it in" while thrusting his hips, Rex calling me a pit bull and the head office constantly saying we are miscommunicating with them and refuse to speak to us on the phone now there's a note on our file for all call centre staff I 100% do not ever recommend this store or this company their customer service after care team has been absolutely shocking. The physio and chiropractor costs will be added to our legal costs along with the cost of the mattress. Oh and by the way the free pillows we have been told in email are $100+, 2 emails later are $200+ and on the website $20 I'm sure one of you will work out your miscommunication before appearing in court, hopefully. Over promise and under deliver should be your moto. Great sales pitch for a product that they could NEVER deliver in the first place and then we are told repeatedly "oh sorry it's a miscommunication", that's not a miscommunication it's a massive breach of the consumer guarantee act. We specifically came to this store due to what they stated they could deliver, guess what, they could not. We still have a bed base we didn't order and a pathetic offer of partial refund to keep what we have. We are most definitely not returning customers nor do I recommend the palmerston north store.
Amazing service I was well taken care of and I would highly recommend this place for any future beds or furnishing the lady that works there was amazing and helpful and was with me every step of the way thank you for an amazing experience

I came into beds4u looking for a certain mattress as I had been looking on their website. I was glad I came into the store as Davey was excellent salesman. He had alot of product knowledge and discussed the pros and cons of every bed. He also was very mindful of my budget and showed me other beds similar to what I wanted within my price range. This helped me decide on the best bed for me. He had excellent customer service and I would highly recommend him!
I finally got the bed I dreamed of @beds4you! It was one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. Davey was simply amazing and so knowledgeable. He works with your budget to make the bed selection process very smooth. I love the extensive range of beds and headboards, and you can customize them. The prices are very competitive as well. I can wait for my bed to be delivered and all the extras we purchased.!
Purchased a super king bed from beds 4 U Palmerston North, really good and welcoming customer service from Frances. Got the delivery today, excellent service from the delivery staff, both of them were really helpful and pleasant , forgot to ask their names . Anyways happy with the service and highly recommended.
Was looking for a new Bed so went to the Home Show at Palmerston North where I meet David. What a great sales person no pressure just good information, Deal done,the delivery staff just so pleasant and helpful as we are in the elder age group these young men just made the every things easy for us. Would recommend them if you are in the market for a new bed.
