This store has a large range which can make selection tricky but Denise listened and then applied her training to my needs without being too pushy. It made the difference for me.
I won't be going back to this store...lady there was horrible and price isn't any better....bought a bed from another place where they actually liked customers..
Unfriendly customer service when I visited. The lady was very condescending and had a very aloof attitude. Had just been next door in Harvey Norman who has much superior customer service skills.
