I have used beds r us Cowes twice now. Both times they gave me an excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. And very flexible to suit timings with me. They set up the new beds and took all the rubbish away. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.
Had my new bed delivered today and the old one taken away. Excellent service, would highly recommend.
I have bought all of my beds and mattresses from here and the service is second to none. Delivered and installed without fuss. Communication is great and now the double mattress has had its day I'm back again for more. The level of knowledge and service is excellent, good value for money plus we get to support local trade.
Good choice of mattresses, divan bases and headboards at reasonable prices. Salesman had excellent product knowledge. Great thing was we had our choice delivered 3 days later....... Would absolutely go back to this shop so thank you !

They truly know what service excellence is! We walked in, were shown various options by Remi Director who was incredibly helpful. Only 1 of the mattresses we wanted were available - not only did she sort an additional one out for us however at our request which we did not think possible! Remi also arranged with her father owner/director to deliver the same day for us! It is really great that this family run business is flexible & happy to work WITH their customers.
Very friendly and fab service. Highly recommended if anyone needs to replace their bed/mattress good prices too.
The young man I spoke to was really helpful, i didn't find what I was looking for, but the prices are very competitive and there were a lot of bargain headboard and ex display models. Certainly worth a visit if you need an inexpensive bed.
Best bed company I have ever dealt with. Delivery was fast and on time. Good quality products!
