This was our first time visiting this store and we were so happy we did! Lauren was amazing talking us through the different beds and with a chronic back issue, we were recommended the best beds to help with this. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication from purchase to delivery was fantastic. Highly recommend when looking for a new bed.
A late review but a good one, I went to multiple bed shops not knowing what I was looking for nor what type of bed I was going to buy. Thanks to Lauren I bought the best bed possible. She was honest, informative, and so kind, I would definitely recommend finding her if you're looking to be told the truth about what your going to buy!
We've now bought 3 beds from these guys over the years. The beds are great quality, very comfortable and holding up fabulous. Delivery times are very limited as they are coming from Wellington and only go 1x per week to each town in the Wairarapa, so you have to make sure you're at home when the delivery arrives, which can be difficult with kid's activities.
Nani went above and beyond to get a bed on Christmas week for our daughter. The bed was so comfortable she fell asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow and woke feeling rested and refreshed she said it was the best sleep she's had in a long time. This is the second bed I've purched from Beds 4 U and if I need another bed or bedroom furniture I'll definately be going back.
We have just received our second bed from Beds4U which we are thrilled with .I have said this before but will again your delivery guys are just amazing nothing is too much trouble for them they are just wonderful ,happy ,smiling guys .Please pass on our appreciation to them.
We brought a mattress from here but with a very different review to The one I am doing now It was not pleasant But as soon as the Store manager saw it He contacted me immediately and has fixed everything very professionally and respectfully He was so caring If we had more people like him in the world The world would be a better place Thanks for your outstanding customer service we appreciate you Grant and Renee

Pretty poor unfortunately. We went to beds 4 U on recommendation for their customer service. What a joke! Was told the delivery slot would be between a certain time but was left waiting, with no communication from the delivery drivers or the company. Seems like once they take your money customer service goes out the door! Would not recommend unless you've got nothing better to do than to wait around all day.... and night. Edit: The customer service team eventually got back to us, apologized and refunded us the delivery fee and we were able to arrange a delivery slot for the next day. Mattress has now been delivered and it's great, such a shame we had to kick up a fuss to get it! It all came right in the end though so I have changed the rating from 1 star to 3 - 2 for the inconvenience.
