I walked into this salon from the street was not expecting to find an appointment but I was greeted very warmly and offered a drink. A lovely lady did my eyebrows very nicely but the unexpected surprise was the shellac manicure. Alina was awesome. My nails were very battered as I work in a lab she magically transformed them into beautiful elegance. The finish is amazing and i will now come here for my nails always. My first time trying this salon as it’s near my place of work and I was so impressed! Finally somewhere proper to go in London for a manicure. It’s rare to find somewhere like this LY Beauty. Customer service was brilliant from the minute I stepped inside the door. Had no appointment but they were very accommodating, thankfully. The lady who done my manicure, wish I took her name, was super professional, friendly, patient and really took care to do every step with attention. Overall just felt like they care about their clients and want to do a good job. Well worth going here to treat yourself!Service:&nbsp;Gel manicures

My experience at LY Beauty has been fantastic. The salon is extremely clean and has a nice, welcoming atmosphere and it’s stylish. The staff is extremely professional and friendly and they only use high quality products. I would like to thank them for the impeccable customer service, and the hairdresser for the great job he did to my hair. I recommend LY Beauty to everyone!

Booked a "Russian manicure" today. The shop is beautiful and the staff are kind and friendly. The tea from the free drinks menu was delicious and the manicure was of course lovely and of high standards. Very happy with the service of everyone there! Thank you from Australia

I love LY Beauty; amazing attention to detail and so much care shown to you. Lamara is the queen of eyebrow shapes. Massages here are also just wonderful. Such a lovely salon and so reasonably priced for London. The team are all so amazing. Would highly recommend!

Whilst during my business trip stumbled by chance across this salon. My nails were done by Nelly. I travel a lot and honestly it is one of the best manicures I ever had since a while! Thank you very much! I’ll be back once in London again!

They seem like lovely people but the hygiene levels are just unacceptable. The scrubs and salts for pedicure are kept in open tubs right next to the pedicure chairs where all the filing and cutting is happening - I dread to think how much dead skin flies inside there after every customer. The nail files are used and not new for every customer. I had to ask 3/4 times for Nastya to find a foot file with disposable stickers - in the end the receptionist brought it and the technician herself didn’t even know they have them. She then said she doesn’t work using them hence she doesn’t know.. hmmm… Throughout the service her gloves were torn as well which wasn’t nice to see.  She also didn’t clean my feet properly I had to tell her what needs to be done- how stressful and unprofessional- complete disaster. She started using the machine to file down my cuticles without asking me what I would prefer - she also hurt my toe while doing it and said it’s because I’m sensitive  Luckily another lady finished my manicure, however she did not introduce herself so I can’t mention her name. While I was having my manicure I observed another lady having a haircut right next to me at the manicure table - she was later moved to the hair station but the hair on the floor wasn’t cleaned up and was right next to my shoes, then another customer came and sat down right in that mess and they started on her manicure… all I kept thinking during my visit is how badly I want it to end and never come there again.  It’s such a pity their hygiene standards are so low and they also need to work on customer service and ask what the customer wants and doesn’t want. Important to mention I came in the morning - the bathroom bin was full-so clearly not been cleaned from the night before … disaster
