Had my hair done by Stacie and was very happy with the outcome. Went from very long straw like blonde hair to a new short fresh red. Stacie is amazing and the price is perfect. Highly recommend, what an awesome salon.

Made a booking for lash extensions yesterday at 1pm and got a confirmation email but when I arrived at 12.50pm already paid for parking for 2 hours it was closed and thought it’s their lunch time so waited for 15 mins and tried to contact them but no one answered and texted and messaged on Facebook, got a reply half an hour later asking me what name is the booking under so I replied and they didn’t get back to me after they checked my message. Such a waste of time. So disappointing and unprofessional. Was excited to try as my friend recommended but would never come back and recommend to people i know

The first lady stuffed my colour up then blamed it on me and the second one wouldn't cut my hair how I asked. $160 later i walk out with a head full of regrowth and a haircut you can't notice thats been done. She offered to apply the colour again but I had to go home and I have appts tomorrow. The reason for getting it done is for something happening first thing Friday morning so don't have time to go back now. Should of listened to the client and done it right the first time rather than blame them.

Love my hair, was a great experience. Felt so comfortable and not out of place like some salons. Top marks
