Thank you Bear Cottage for my possum insoles. They arrived quickly and are perfect, just what I hoped for. This is my first time buying something from Bear Cottage and I would definitely use them again if needed. I highly recommend them. Now my slippers are even cosier than before :
Not only was I delighted with the 2 Queen size Possum throws I purchased, but also the customer service they provided - realistically letting me know from the beginning, how long it would take to complete the job. Then at collection time for my second throw, I was caught up in a long covid lockdown, they kindly stored my Throw until I could arrive - no worries.
ordered a pair of possum insoles 2 weeks ago, one of them has raised stitches in the middle, very uncomfortable when stepping on it. contacted the seller no reply.
