If I could give 0 stars I would. The rudest front counter staff I have ever encountered. From the moment I called, she was abrupt, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She snapped at me, cut me off, and spoke to me in a condescending way when I tried to explain my situation. Instead of helping, she kept telling me the lines were busy and made it very clear she just wanted to get me off the phone.nnAbsolutely shocking behaviour for someone in a medical centre — no patience, no respect, and no basic customer service skills. I left the call feeling shocked and completely deterred from enrolling here.
Beachlands medical is not a nice medical centre, The lady at the front desk Lucy Sizemore is the nastiest person ive ever met. When I came in asking about the results of my blood test she gave me a horrible look. She also was homophobic to my son and said something about his nail polish that wasn't very kind. I hope she gets fired!
Never had a problem, doctors are nice and helpful
I can't say anything about the doctors of this medical center, because after 2.5 weeks of waiting I still haven't seen anyone, because booking a doctor's consultation is a real challenge and quest. If you have a lot of free time and an iron nervous system, then this is the place for you. Most likely you will only be able to talk to the receptionist.
horrible medical centre do not go here.ni was pressured into accutane & birth control however when i had a severe reaction to the medication they tried gas lighting me to stay on it.nnalso there are really creepy male doctors here. had one repeatedly come in and look at me while i was half naked. when i said i was uncomfortable by that especially considering im a female under the age of 18 i was told that “it’s fine”nnthere are much better places that haven’t gotten a 3 week wait period for a simple doctors appointment and charge way less for a consult
