This is a great place for a family holiday, perfect for young children. Very comfortable units, well equipped. Great location and very friendly staff! Cyrus was really helpful with our bookings and communication was so easy. We would love to come back.

Greeted by a very inviting pleasant man with big welcoming smiles.

Older Motel, but clean and in a fabulous position so close to the beach .

We only had some cold/hot water problems. Other than that it was a great holiday for the price.

Cyrus is a top operator! Highly recommended!! Waihi Beach is such a great place to visit!

Unclean. We have a small family and the put us in the room right by the road and if they went out the door of the room a car could hit them as they turn off the main road. Cyrus was rude.he just wanted out money. 4 towels for 5 people.they basics where all missed

Had aa awesome stay at Beaches Motel during Xmas and will definitely re visit again with the family.
