Welcome to Waihi Beach Vets!! We have a variety of treatments, products and advice available to the public and their special animals.

Story

Beach Vets is one of the now very few, privately owned and operated veterinarian clinics in New Zealand. Beach Vets has been around for over 11 years, founded in 2006 by Phillipa Jones and Michelle Mulgrew.

We are now 10 years BEST PRACTICE accredited and pride ourselves on providing the best high quality, professional and compassionate veterinarian care for your animals. Although not all our clients are aware of what best practice means, we feel it ensures that we maintain the high standards our clients expect and deserve.

Beach Vets have items donated to us from time to time that we are able to auction off and use the funds for our 'ZIPPY FUND'.
Our Zippy Fund was started to help people help their animals in need when they couldn't afford an expensive treatment.

Beach Vets has an outstanding team of veterinarians, veterinarian nurses and reception staff. Our team has been in our local area for a long time and has a personal and compassionate approach to all our clients and their animals.

We are proud to say we go the extra mile for our furry clients.

Mon-friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am-12.30pm.
