We have been staying at Pukehina Beach for a few years now and have stayed at the same place on average 2-3 times a year, sometimes for a short stay whilst doing business in Tauranga as we find the location peaceful away from the hussle and other trips with the family for a week at a time, I even had my 50th at the bach ... the service that shelley and her team provide us with each trip is exceptional, they are professional with bookings, the communication from the time of the booking to when we leave is faultless, we are kept up to date with payments and bonds back are extremely quick and efficient, its reassuring that they are only a phone call away if we need anything, they know us by name and know what we like...we look forward to many more times spent and using Shelley and her team.
far from the most professional rental manager i have dealt with. her answer for issues always seems to be "if your not happy move out."
