Stayed for 3 weeks. So hospitable. We enjoyed the homely atmosphere. Our unit was spacious, clean and well provided for. Fantastic beds and linen.Nothing was a ptoblem. Would definitely stay again .k
Absolutely amazing place to stay. Debbie the manager was simple fantastic, so hands on, full of knowledge and advice on where to go and what to see. Rooms were sooo clean and tidy. Everything was in room to make stay with young family very easy. Debbie was around every morning to say hi and make sure we had all we needed. Great place to stay with families. High recommended it.

Such a bad experience..the women at the front desk completely rude,sharp and unwelcoming ...didn't bring milk to my unit I found it in the office while blindly looking for a washing machine! Room dirty shower had long black hairs in it soap scum ...number two in tolet! Not vacuumed...for 142 dollars I couldn't believe it..didn't feel I could go to management for anything felt I'd get shouted at! Such a shame.. if they tryed, it would be a great place..big rooms

3 bedroom house was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed! The heating was lovely and warm, shower pressure was great and house felt very homey. Will definitely be back!Rooms: 4/5
Too bad! The lady at the reception; Natalie was very rude. We had to stay for longer, for a month but had to leave in less then 2 weeks. The room was filled with mosquitos, utensils were dirty, no toilet paper and no sign of room service. Whatever was promised, nothing was delivered. Would never recommend this motel.
I loved staying at Beach lodge as the staff displayed such wonderful hospitality. I was very pleasantly surprised about having full access to the delicious organic veggies, made available to guests. The whole place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were fantastic and obviously care a lot about hygiene, as my room was immaculate. I love the close proximity to the beach and that I could catch a bus straight into the city for a look around. I highly recommend staying at Beach lodge. What a wonderful experience! I will most definitely be back on my next trip to Dunedin!
Natalie was welcoming and really helpful regarding local information and attractions. Absolutely loved wildlife cruise too. Our room was so warm when we arrived, heater on. The studio was ultra comfy and the excellent wifi. Loved the stay, we'll be back.Rooms: 5/5
