BHS, where to begin! These team of wonderful humans made our wedding ABSOLUTELY amazing! The food!! OH MY GOD the food!! We had so many compliments throughout the night and through the following days from our guests just loving every aspect of what BHS provided. I can’t thank you guys enough for everything you did and provided at The Hall, thank you specifically to Renee, Mike and Nicola what a team! Communication, follow through, service, products, just everything was spot on! Our day wouldn’t have been the same without you guys! We just can’t thank you enough and we will make sure we recommend you at every opportunity! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
The Beacall Hospitality team were amazing! At our wedding they looked after everything to do with the bar, the tea and coffee station and the clean up at the end of the night. Renee was awesome to deal with in the lead up to our wedding, answering all questions and putting my mind at ease. Unfortunately she tested positive for COVID a couple of days before our wedding but made sure this did not affect us at all and had Bianca take over on the day. They went above and beyond and even helped clean up all our decorations around the venue. Could not fault this team and all our guests spoke very highly of them. 1000% recommend :
Me and my husband had the pleasure of Beacall Hospitality running our wedding and my bridal shower, and boy did they set the bar high. Michael and Kayla made everything so seamless and easy from the catering to décor and marquee, to the smooth running of our entire day. every idea i brought to the table they exceeded the expectation. the food was absolutely delicious and our guests were over the moon with the quality. if we ever have another event Beacall Hospitality would be my go to for it all. for anyone looking for a one stop shop for their wedding or event this is your go to company. thank you beacall hospitality wouldn't have been the best day of my life without your amazing hard work.
Beacall Hospitality Solutions were incredible on our special day. They supplied everything from the seating to the wedding arch, signing table, glassware and wait staff, also helping to dress our reception venue which looked amazing thanks to their fine eye to detail. Michael and his team were easy to deal with, professional and courteous, offering us exactly what we needed and more. They sorted everything from the liquor licence at the ceremony, even offering security not needed and took every headache away. Mother nature played her part on the day so Michael even offered us alternative locations that BHS has access to. They go the extra mile. I couldn't recommend BHS any higher! They will forever be my One Stop Event Shop.
AMAZING!!! We were lucky enough to have Beacall service our wedding and serve alcohol and help with clean up as well. The staff were SO SO lovely and they were so helpful with everything. Being we are from Christchurch and had our wedding in the north island it was hard to plan but Beacall made everything so easy and just honestly helped so so much. It made our day even more special and I just highly highly recommend for any event!!! Thank you so much Beacall team!!!!
Beacall catered for our Over50s Cricket Tournament. Due to poor weather there were a few late change requests and nothing was a problem for the team. The food was tremendous and the staff were super friendly and helpful... Highly recommend!!!
I couldn't recommend Beacall Hospitality highly enough. We used them for our wedding day at Old Forest School - both the service in the lead up and on the day were nothing short of outstanding. Nothing was too much of an issue and the staff were friendly, attentive and really thoughtful. Knowing they were there to make the day go as smoothly as possible was such a weight off our shoulders and it meant we could enjoy the day without having to worry about any of the admin. Five stars for sure :
Where to start! Michael, Renee and the Beacall team are AMAZING! Having worked in the events industry, this team is seriously second to none! From the get-go, the team made planning easy! They are organised, their communication is on-point, and NOTHING is ever too big of an ask! Flash forward to the BIG day, and Renee and the Beacall team had us SORTED, from set up even our own decor! through to service throughout the day was impeccable and cannot be faulted! Their food... If you are after someone to cater your wedding, pick them! Our family is made up of foodies and a couple of restaurateurs! all of whom raved about their food! There was more than ample options to choose from, the quality of the food was amazing, and there was SO much of it- Our guests were well fed! Seriously, 10/10 all round, this team cannot be faulted! Could not give them a higher recommendation! Thanks team, you made our day what it was!
Michael was an absolute life saver in making my sisters wedding possible after being told our venue was no longer available due to covid only 48 hours prior to the date. Michael organised everything we needed for a full dinner service, catering to our 100 guests with a tight turn around, and even supplied all the required furniture to seat guests in the new venue. Beacall were responsive, flexible and most importantly the food was delicious - we would highly recommend their services.
If you're getting married at old forest school OFS or anywhere for that matter Beacall Hospitality are just amazing! They come highly recommend by OFS for a very good reason! Renee and her team were professional, helpful and so easy to work with from day dot! When our caterer canceled last minute they stepped in and exceeded all expectations! We and our guests were blown away with the quality and tastiness of the food and service we received! Everything ran so smoothly we were incredibly impressed! Thank you so much to Renee and her team at beacall hospitality!
