Really enjoyed a visit recently. The booking process was easy and clear instructions of parking nearby supermarket what to wear and expect when we tried a class. At no point did it matter that it was our first time. The level and intensity had multiple options and alternatives for all. I wore general workout clothing. Shorts and T. There was changing rooms. If you arent changing after id recommend having something to cover yourself when leaving. You will sweat. The room is 38 degrees and water is allowed and also recommended.
It's such a great environment. I have been coming since late 2022. The instructors are great and welcoming. You can really work up a sweat in the warm pod, helps with my flexibility. I've got a mini membership which works great for me in working around my busy schedule.
This place is the real deal. Ailie is truly an amazing instructor with the most welcoming energy. She guides us through our practices with an amazing flow/diverse movements and always offers helpful critiques along the way. From a gal with no prior experience in any form of yoga, I HIGHLY recommend you start with a nurturing flow class… you WONT regret it!

Once again a great experience at hotpod yoga in Cambridgeshire. In this time of COVID I truly appreciate the way the studios that are opening are socially distancing us in the pod, the way you're booked in, how it's all organized. I had a great class led by Lucy and got a good sweat on - felt wonderful throughout. The space felt safe and clean. Loved it.
I've been coming to Hotpod yoga since July. After a challenging start, I've developed so much upper body strength and feel so much better after I've been to a session. Having started coming only on Saturday mornings, I now try to get to at least 3 sessions each week, simply because I feel so great afterwards. Thank you to all of the great instructors - you're all fabulous!
Absolutely love Hotpod Yoga! Pippa organises this so well and is an excellent instructor. It is great fitness combined with an escape from the busy busy world. It’s become a bit of a sanctuary and haven for me, a very hot sanctuary and haven, but much needed. I have noticed the difference in my general fitness and I gain so much from going. I can not recommend it more highly.
I absolutely love coming here. I’ve been coming for about a year and love everything about it. It’s so well organised, convenient with so many classes running and I like being able to mix it up with different teachers and different times of day/days of the week. It’s so easy to book or cancel if something comes up. I love the sanctuary of the pod and I’m really enjoying learning this yoga practice in the comfort of the hot pod. This place gives me such physical and mental well-being.
Absolutely my favorite hot yoga studio in the area. Started off with ten day unlimited pass been hooked every since. Teachers always bring their own experience which is a nice change. Yoga mats provided and they offer classes at all times of the day. Perfect on a nice nippy day.
I find it amazing way to stretch and relax my body after all the week hunched on my laptop, the heat feels very good for stretching and when it's freezing outside. Also, everything firmed up very quickly just after a few weeks, it can be a tough workout but feels nice and they are options to go easy, they are not judgemental about it. Feels a bit like a cross between gym and yoga in that there is no hugging or chanting etc.. The teachers are nice and very professional, they have their own styles which means it's impossible to get bored. The atmosphere is great because of the chilled tunes, the pod has a calming design and smells lovely. Like going on a mini holiday and getting strong and flexible in the process. Really love it which surprised me because I was never into yoga before, didn't like the vibe as much!
