Food was all delicious! We had chicken bryani n lamb brayani. Portion was a lot like for 2pax. Generous portion. Also bought the butter chicken pasta. Totally delicious. Front staff was friendly as per what other reviews had stated.nDidn’t mind paying extra 4 bucks for dining in.
Excellent Indian food with engaging owner who recommended what we should take. Strongly recommend it to any visitors coming through Geraldine. We wish him and his family all the best. The dining room is simple and small but we had a great time. Portions were big and the price was good.
The owner of Be Foodie was extremely kind and cares for the his customers' experience.nnHe served us heated plates for sharing, chilled cups for water, and a full pitcher. Any concerns about the meal were promptly addressed.nnIt's a small restaurant with a few seats perhaps better suited for takeaway, but the owner's kind demeanor made eating in very enjoyable.nnPasta was slightly overdone for my tastes but portions were amply large for sharing and flavors were delicious! I'd love to return and would've tipped well had it been a practice in this country.
A small restaurant, more meant for takeaway but dining in was still possible for 5 people, albeit a bit of a squeeze. It was very nice of the cook to come out and serve us. The Butter Chicken Pasta was good, sweet and mild masala, though the penne could have been a bit more al dente. The Masala Chicken was very flavourful, the most delicious dish of the meal. The Aloo Ghobi was delicious, a good mustard aroma and flavour, however there was very little Ghobi. The Fried Paneer paired well with the mint chutney, which really brightened up the meal. The Garlic and Cheese Naans were delicious, crispy and flaky but also very flavourful. Overall, if you are without a dinner plan at Geraldine, this place is an awesome spot.
The butter chicken pasta blown my mind. It was an interesting dish which I will recommend if u are looking for western indian fusion food in town. We also ordered lamb biryani n others, all were fantastic. The boss is also a friendly n talented man, cooks really well. Please support him
