Baywaterviews Bed & Breakfast located in Haruru Falls, with panoramic sea & island views.

Each room features a Super King Bed, shower en-suite, hairdryer, robes, towels, tea/coffee making, full size fridge, TV, tables & chairs on your deck.

Room 1 is a large room on the 1st floor with reclining chairs & a deck with elevated sea views.

Room 2 has reclining chairs & its own Spa pool on the deck.

Room 3 is a suite with separate lounge, 2 settees & its own Spa pool on the deck.

Included in the price is a continental & cooked breakfast, served on your deck.

Each room has free WiFi, its own entrance & free parking space.
Daily I service the rooms & put fresh milk in your fridge.

Baywaterviews is a great base to explore the Bay of islands & Far North.

We spend six perfect days here. This place is amazing from any angle we look at it. Tastefully served delicious breakfast every morning what Mike makes. The view was fantastic and the room brilliantly clean every day. Mike attentive perfect host.
We thank Mike for hosting us during our stay and show us the surrounding areas in the Bay of Island. The guesthouse is very comfy and spacious. It has a lovely jacuzzi outside the room for further relaxation. We love the sunset and morning views from the garden of the guest house and we will definitely visit again in the future.
Mike is really nice and provide us many useful information for our journey. We spend three days here, the room, view and breakfast are amazing, we enjoyed the time here with bay of islands, it was a really fantastic experience.
