Love this place! Friendly staff, the new owners are amazing. Make you feel at home and always happy for a chat. The cafe is a great asset to this place as well. Spent many days on the beach front sites and the dog just loves it. Unlike some top 10s they don't feel the need to charge extra for a dog and restrict them to far off sites. I've spent nearly a month here and found it hard to leave. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys for a wonderful stay.
Great for camping as most of the Top10's are. It's nice to go to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves just over the bank. The facilities are awesome and spotless. We had a powered site and there was some nice shade too. The staff on check in were super friendly and helpful. There is a 10-15 minute drive into Napier itself.Location: 5/5
We got a powered campsite for two nights. Everything worked well, we were behind the bathroom facilities and protected from the winds by the retaining wall. Their bathroom facilities are either new, or very well maintained. The toilets are clean. The shower water pressures are strong. My wife and I were really grateful to have quality, clean bathrooms to use. We don't have kids, I did notice though that there would be little for them to do. There's a life size chess board, a trampoline and life size connect 4. I think there was a small playground too.
Excellent customer service! They were incredibly gracious and accommodating when I got my dates mixed up and problem solved quickly and amicably. The grounds are beautiful, rooms and bathrooms very clean and tidy with modern and stylish touches. After our first visit, I can now say they've got customers for life with our family and I highly recommend staying here. If you aren't yet a Top 10 Club Member, Napier Top 10's service will make you want to be one for sure. 10/10
Decent location and friendly caretakers deserve 3 stars, but management is unprofessional and 1 star. I booked beachfront site but I was put into a site near beachfront between fence and a building. Management offered few days of beachfront site but that’s all they did. Simply not enough. I would go another place next time.
The best hospitality I've experienced at a Holiday Park! My husband and I are both international travelers. During our stay here we fell under the weather and Gene and Jenny both graciously made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The accommodation is beyond 5 star rating and felt like we were treated as friends/family. The facility is clean, the team works hard, and most of all the location is amazing along the beach. Gene & Jenny shout out to you both and thank you!.
The campsite had good and bad. I would not recommend for families during NYE though. Also TV did not work. And family bathrooms were old and dirty. The new unisex toilet was clean though. The bbqs were good and free to use. The beach is non swimming too FYI… felt very crammed in next to other campers too
Easy booking, we traveling our camper with a small dog. Of peak dogs no problem. Power site. ÑWow cleanest toilets and showers ever. Great cafe on site with Gluten Free options and good coffee.
The best!! Our family loved it. Our chalet was very well spaced. Lots ot room. And very nice. My daughter loved the play ground. 1 down fall was the beach being stony. But that won't stop us from coming back. Going to rebook for this year and bringing more family with us. Thankyou for being understanding with our quick departure due to a family emergency. We will be back
Staff were good. Kitchen is pretty good though too small for the size of the camping ground. Can't swim at the beach. Suggestions would be: Need to get rid of the tv room and make the kitchen bigger. Could do with a pool as you can't swim at the beach.
