Lovely inviting atmosphere and delicious food. I had the breakfast and John had the omelette. Mine was so good I started before I photographed it. Really good and the omelette was the lightest we’ve ever had. Great coffee excellent service and a serene outlook. And thank goodness that awful impatient person who can’t wait for octogenarians to order wasn’t here.
Have been waiting for this place to open and it was worth it. Nicely appointed with lovely view of Snells Beach. Helpful, friendly staff and a good, quite fancy menu think Ponsonby or Parnell. Worth a visit. Great range of different types of ice cream flavours. Looking forward to checking those out too.
This place is perfect, the food was amazing. I had an orange cake and eggs with bacon. The views are breathtaking

Great location next to the beach, lots of car parks, great service by staffs.
Four of us dined last night. In summary, the service was outstanding and so was the food. We started with the seafood platter and the steamed mussels both of which were excellent with great flavours. As regards the mains, the Lamb shank and the Pork belly scored 9/10 whilst the Beef Wellington and Chicken Parmigiana were very good at 7/10. Beef was not quite as rare as we would have liked but that’s easy to fix. For dessert we chose the specials of the night which were crème brûlée and Bayleys cheesecake neither of which we could rate at less than 9/10 All in an excellent experience made better by competent and committed staff. We will be back soon

Excellent service! The staff here are efficient, professional, chatty and were happy. Beautiful food and excellent coffee. Highly recommend Bayside Bistro and will definitely be back again with my little man.
Sadly closed down on 4 December 2022. Beautiful spot and hope someone will reopen it soon.
