We like to think the grass is greener with two, and we’ve certainly got a shared hunger for success – our newest flagship listing is a good example of our partnership coming to life. Quick introduction time: Lin Norris is respected for his immeasurable experience, spanning close to 30 years. Lin has worn many hats during his time with Bayleys including, Principal Officer and Company Director. His extensive sales are one thing, but equally admired is Lin’s work ethic, wisdom and humble nature.

Alex Smits was proud to be the first recipient of a Bayleys National Rural Scholarship and he set his benchmark high, achieving sales early in his new career.
