Lovely feeling and Warm Welcoming from reception front Desk staff. Communication Awesome from Staff and Vets. Always a positive place to walk out smiling .
Great Staff - Vets, Nurses, Front Reception/Retail Staff .... all very caring and well skilled in their roles.
Staff are attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. My pet got some fighting wounds and was able to be seen by vet a couple of hours after I called on a Sunday. Great team couldn't recommend more
I had my fur baby euthenase by the team at Bay Vets. They came out to my car, so my girl didn't get stressed. Very calming service.
