Thank you for your incredible efforts Team, getting our spa in place! We cannot recommend these guys enough! Our location was really tricky to get to, but nothing is too hard for these guys, and they went well above and beyond to prepare for the delivery and get to get it in place, thanks heaps!
One of the rudest companies I have ever dealt with. I received an estimate for a spa pool company to move a spa pool in Tauranga for me. They contracted Bay Portable Storage to do the job on their behalf. Next day I received an invoice in excess of twice the amount of the estimate. First of all, I did not contract this company to do this job. Secondly, when I tried to reach a mutually acceptable solution to the excessive charges, they were downright rude and did not want to listen. I would have given minus 5 stars if that was an option. Their comments below are less than truthful, I will leave it at that. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
We received amazing service from the Portable Storage team - their rates are fair, they were efficient in responding to our requests and they were super friendly throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone in the future.
