I sought Robin's help with a tricky, ambiguous shoulder problem, that several doctors and many scans had failed to diagnose. Robin helped me to navigate the "hard to access" health-care system, finding me the right specialist, with the "right" scan, diagnosis and surgery, to basically give me my active life back. Ongoing physio, post surgery, has been really well tailored and sensitively planned. I have so much respect for this super knowledgeable, talented physiotherapist.
Amazing physio. Robin was able to diagnose and treat me to full recovery. He listened and worked with me to develop an effective rehab plan. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Having had variable success at physio, I was recommended Robin at Bay Physio by a friend when I had a rotator cuff injury. I was really pleased with the practical treatment and the way the exercises were staged to gradually improve strength. The videos showing how to do things were helpful for someone dis-coordinated like myself too! I'm now back to normal use.
I couple of years ago, I ruptured my ACL and needed a knee reconstruction. As a sporty, busy person with two young children I was nervous that I would not be able to return to running, the team sports I love or be able to keep up with my kids. Thanks to Bay Physio providing exemplary pre and post physical therapy to compliment the successful reconstruction surgery, I am now running 50kms per week and no longer have a "bad knee". I can't recommend their friendly, professional services enough.
