An absolute disgrace for a company supposed to provide professional support for the public. We had appointment cancellations for an elderly parent twice in a row causing major stress and difficulties. Definately not good enough and doesn't deserve community support.
Came here today with the receptionist be so polite and willing to offer assistance when I needed it once appointment started wit Kate Logan in a instance feel listen to she spoke clear and explained everything we needed to know about the process I was wowed by the presentation of how she spoke and mannerisms thank you Kate Logan for a comfortable appointment
Brilliant, really professional, and high tech kit which makes for a more accurate result.nAudiologist was great, explained everything needed to understand what was going on.
