An absolute disgrace for a company supposed to provide professional support for the public. We had appointment cancellations for an elderly parent twice in a row causing major stress and difficulties. Definately not good enough and doesn't deserve community support.
Came here today with the receptionist be so polite and willing to offer assistance when I needed it once appointment started wit Kate Logan in a instance feel listen to she spoke clear and explained everything we needed to know about the process I was wowed by the presentation of how she spoke and mannerisms thank you Kate Logan for a comfortable appointment
Great friendly and efficient service, as usual.
Tried for ages to get the mother in law to get tested. Comes back and say 85% hearing i 'm ok.nThanks a lot ! now the tv is still to loud, asking what? All the time, thinks your talking to her but your not ??. Missing whole conversations that you have to repeat.nYou suck and i've heard from other people that you testing is dubious!!!
Great customer service. Extremely happy.
