Story

Hi, my name is Hamish Murphy. I own and operate Baxter's Catering Co. with the help of my experienced management team, Andrew Hercus (Catering Manager and Head Chef) and Simon Ranther (Sous Chef).

Baxter's Catering was created in 1976 and since has been catering for hundreds of thousands of happy customers in the wider Wellington region. Since I took over the company in 2002, I have catered over 5,600 functions with an average of 54,000 meals served each year. I hope to grow my business to service a wider region as we cater your next function!

$450 worth of catering. Fruit platter doesn't even have strawberries, No cheese on the antipasto platter only sliced processed stuff Feel really ripped off
I hired Baxters Catering for my staff party and every detail was taken care of, down to the smallest consideration. The spit roasted meal we ordered was delicious, ingredients were perfectly cooked and there was more than enough for all our guests! Everyone was super impressed, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are thinking of catering for any event.
Food was great!! Bar staff could have smiled and been more friendly Also with left over food it would be nice to have an option of plastic seal-able containers as our food was just chucked in plastic bags and left to drip out all through the fridge. All in all the food was beautiful Hamish you were great to deal with. Thank you very much.
