My name is Maria and I am running Group fitness classes in the Franklin area.
I specialise in Core strength and conditioning classes, structured around yoga and pilates moves. I incorporate alot of stretching into my classes to enhance your flexibility and natural movement.
I cater to all genders, shapes, sizes and fitness levels.
I do Mums and Bubs classes when requested. I can do coffee groups and/or special events.
At the same time as bonding with your child and having fun, its about helping you build up pelvic floor and core strength.
My classes can help with lower back problems, as these are mostly caused by a lack of tone in the abdominal muscles causing your back to compensate and over-work to keep you upright.
By strengthening your core and teaching you and your body to keep it tight and stable, you can alleviate the strain on your back and put your core back in balance.
