We are proud to build 100% NZ Made sheds and cabins from high quality treated H3.2 NZ timber with reliable NZ Colour Steel Roofing. We have customisable options are available for all cabins and sheds. We also have additional options including interior lining, guttering, electric wiring, carpet and more.
Our cabins are sheds are built reliably and delivered efficiently. Our custom cabins are ideal for storage, hobby rooms, workshops, sleep-outs, pool shed, art studio, accommodation, man and woman caves and more. Our cabins are perfect for temporary or permanent accommodation.
Our delivery and assembly process makes it easy to have one of great cabins and sheds on limited access sites or unlevelled sites. All sheds can be relocated as they are broken down wall by wall and can be manoeuvred by a minimum of two people. Plus we can do all the site work for you.

There are lots of great things about our shed and everyone involved in communicating about it and installing it was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately a rushed installation meant that a number of things weren't properly nailed down both internally and externally and some of the flashings and window framing soon fell off. We suspect the door was not hung level as it never shut properly and this became worse over time. In hindsight our site really needed foundations as the ground was not flat or stable enough for the cabin to just sit on bearers. We can't blame Barry's sheds for this although some advice on this would have been helpful and they were helpful in coming out to re-level the shed, re-attach the flashings and got the door sort of working again. However more flashings fell off again after this visit and the door stopped shutting again. At this point we have decided to get a registered builder to lift our cabin onto foundations. We accept that this is what we should have done in the first place however his comments about the shed made me want to place a review. He noticed that the shed was sagging in the *middle* and this was causing the problems with the door which seems like a structural issue with the shed itself rather than an issue with the site. He also commented that the nails used externally on the decking and on the window frames were not galvanised and are already beginning to rust. our shed is approx a year old. I think these sheds are basically a good product but in our case that was let down by a shoddy installation.
I had placed an order with Barry's Shed which we unfortunately needed to cancel due to a change in circumstance at our property. Barry Sheds were super understanding and were able to offer us a full refund. They were very helpful throughout the full process and I will definitely be using them in the future for any shed requirements.Service: Shed installation
Our shed is perfect! The price was much lower than other companies but the quality is truly excellent. We had the shed customised at no extra cost, and installed on site by the Barry Sheds team which made it all so easy. All our communication with Jessica throughout the process was outstanding too - she was so efficient and accommodating and cool. Thanks Barry Sheds.
