Can't fault it. I recently visited the practice with a lump in a concerning area. I was called back immediately, seen by a doctor 3 hours later and sent for an ultrasound the next morning and quickly given a diagnosis. The team work really hard and I personally have seen a huge improvement in service over the past couple of years. Yes you may have a delay on your scheduled appointment but that is the nature of the beast. Dealing with vulnerable people takes time. Keep up the good work.
For a small town they do their best, being limited with times changed.. if we had people wanting to be nurses and doctors we’d be more staff, we just have to be positive, turn up to appointments and try be good with what we got. Shoutout to Dannevirke doctors team. 100%
All appointments I have made have always been running late at least 15 to 45mins after booked times. Saw a nurse today and thought she could use some more training in people skills, has put me off going back to see a nurse in future.Will be signing up to a doctors in Palmerston North from now on.On a positive side the reception ladies are always lovely and welcoming and waiting area is always clean and tidy.
The staff work very hard to keep people well and safe. It is the most challenging place i have worked, with a very high workload. Sometimes we cant meet everyones needs or keep everyone one happy but i am proud of the service we provide. Great team who really do have the patients best interest at heart.
Sad to see the negative reviews. I have been a local for 10 years and have always had very positive experiences with the hard working staff. I am sure they do the best that they can with the resources that they have. The only negative experience I have had at the health centre is listening to grumpy patients giving staff a hard time while awaiting my appointment.
