We shopped at barkers today and met the new store manager, we have been shopping at barkers for a few years but today’s service was exceptional! I would highly recommend going in especially if the store manger is there he was incredibly helpful and styled my husband in his own style, he wasn’t pushy and he pretty quickly picked up styles my hubby would love and finally got him to spend some money on good quality clothes he hates shopping but even walked away today and said, wow that was easy that guy was so helpful! Thank you for all your help, we are very happy customers and your service was awesome!
A huge thank you to Alex who went above and beyond to fit me out for Father of the Groom. He has excellent taste, a great understanding of style and Barkers product knowledge. Alex also delivered on time the clothing that needed altering. I will definitely continue shopping with Barkers.
James went above and beyond to help me out today & displayed outstanding service! We entered L3 lockdown today, and although the store is closed, James managed to track down my order & deliver it to me in the carpark of Bayfair. On top of that, the clothing was steamed to perfection & ready to start my new job tomorrow. Highly recommend the service & the products from Barkers Bayfair. Thanks guys!
Liz and the team were amazingly helpful with some changes to mine and my groomsmen’s suits, after the wedding was postponed due to the lockdown. Bent over backwards to make things as smooth and easy as possible- highly recommend!
Excellent shop, nice staff. Exchanged a pair a jeans that got damaged slightly outside period of cover. Really appreciated this and will continue to always be a customer of this iconic kiwi brand.
terrible service. staff member lied about product to get me to purchase. then refused to exchange to make it right. bad back up service for over priced product.
Great service - super helpful, friendly staff & a nice store with bigger & better range than the Tauranga store.
