We loved it here! Spacious, friendly and inviting atmosphere! Delicous food and drinks and of course not forgetting the various tasting stations. Picked up some fruits jams and immunity drinks home! Will not hesitate to revisit in the future!
We only stopped for coffee on our way from lake Tekapo to Christchurch, and the coffees were good. Lots of nice handmade goodies here. This was the most popular place in town.
I was impressed by the spacious dining area and selection of products like jams and sauces available for purchase. Although I sampled all the products, I was unable to find one that suited my taste preferences as they all seemed quite ordinary.nnOne positive aspect of the shop was the sauce counter, which allowed customers to try as many sauces as they liked with their in-house dining meal. However, I found the food to be on the expensive side, and the pie and fish and chips we ordered were nothing out of the ordinary in terms of flavor.nnOne highlight of my visit was the warm immune juice, which was particularly enjoyable on a cold day. Parking was available, although it may not be suitable for larger campervans. Alternatively, parking in front of the nearby church is an option.nnIn conclude, the shop provided a convenient place to stop and rest after a long drive, the food and products did not meet my expectations in terms of taste and value.
Good break point for food and coffee in between Christchurch and Queenstown. Jams and concentrates are of high quality. The pies are tops!
Cute cafe with house made condiments, syrups and jams! Great stop by between Christchurch and Lake Tekapo! Recommend the pies and the coffee! The jerk bbq sauce and jalapeno pickle was so good!!
