The worst club in Stockholm. We’re British tourists and the security guard did not let us in on a Thursday night! Stating we needed to have a reservation on a guest list. though he was letting others in with no question. We waited and never got in and decided to go to a different establishment. The security guards and the club were absolutely ridiculous and disappointing in their demeanour. This is the ‘Locals Only Back Alley’, it is the most backwards place in Sweden. Do not go here if you’re a British tourist or even just an International one. This place is not worth the time, and money which is also very expensive for a mediocre experience. Plenty of other places with a welcoming personality out there.
I’ve lived in Rio de Janeiro, Berlin, and Miami. This place is nothing like those. See bottom. I had heard this and most STHLM clubs only let people in on a guest list or who speak Swedish kinda Berlin-ish, so I got there very early like 10:45 PM. I was alone and dressed well I travel alone for work often. They said I could only go in at that time, I agreed, then they asked me my age never had that before, but I’m 30 before letting me in. Got inside: 200 SEK cover, 40 SEK for the coat rack. My cocktails were about 180 SEK each. There was one pop room, which seemed mostly Swedish, and then one Afro Beats room opened up. The ratio was of about 2-3 girls:1 guy. The Afro Beats room had a bit more diversity. The people here made me think Miami was friendly pretty closed off in their own groups. I usually make friends very easily, but it was tougher here. Also it is VERY squished by 2 AM. Nobody really cares and just shoves. I would go back, but it’s quite the hassle, so it wouldn’t be my first choice. I loved Stockholm, but its nightlife is so disproportionate to everything else that’s amazing about it. From above: In Berlin, you have to look nonchalantly alternative to get into the big clubs. In Miami, you have to either be ready to spend money or dressed really well if you’re a girl. Rio clubs are open to foreigners.
I know the guards, the bartenders and the rest of the staff so I had a fantastic time!
Ah, the list! The imaginary guest list! Basically if you're not Swedish or you don't know someone Swedish from within the club, you can't enter. Elitism, xenophobia and racism is what you will find here. Avoid like the great plague.
They don’t even look at you. They are full and you just don’t get it ! Don’t even give them your attention, better places to be
This club is how a club should not be. Unfriendly, aggressiv people. Dont go there.
Good bar and atmosphere. Prices are insane and the admin is absolutely ridiculous. No staff at the cloak room making you wait for an hour after having spend a fortune on bottles etc.
Went there with a Swedish guy, obviously if you want to enter at 2:00 am you won’t, unless you know someone from the inside, you have to arrive early like 12:00. You can’t arrive drunk and you need to be good dressed “no jerseys” shorts etc, but all that is worthy want of the best party of my life. Swedish people were very kind to me and taked care of me when someone pushed me because of the music. I was a little drunk inside and people I didn’t knew just were saying to me enjoy the party come to dance. Everyone it’s open people.
One of the worst clubs in Stockholm. It somehow has a reputation for being a classy place but it is anything but classy. Run down, poor atmosphere. Nothing elegant about it. The only good thing about it is the location. I went with a friend around peak hours we had never been there before as my friend said it had a good reputation. We were both disappointed and left around an hour after going in and moved elsewhere. If you have other options other than this place, I would recommend you avoid it.
I didn't find this place anything special and I feel that I've got way overcharged for an overall negative experience. First of all, just to enter the place costs 200 SEK about 20€ and this doesn't even include the cloakroom fee. The drinks are not particularly cheap either. After all this, you also have to make peace with the fact that the guards just keep letting people in out of pure greed and going against all fire safety limits and guidelines, which soon enough will make your time there quite miserable, as you won't even have a mm of space to move, and people trying to move around will keep pushing and crushing you and stomp on your feet... It is really difficult to have any fun at all when you feel like a fish in a tin, or actually even worse. For the money you fork out to be in this place, you'd expect to at least have the possibility to have a nice time with your friends which includes having enough space without having to fear for your life...
