Afternoon cut, didn't have to wait as the place was empty. Have visited previously many years ago when under different ownership. Asked for a number 2 with clippers, got a number 2 with clippers. Just the right amount of dry humour and small talk. Very quick and great quality, no complaints from me. Didn't break the bank.

incredible service, waited for around 20 mins as I had not booked and had my hair cut by Liam. Super friendly and really knew about my hair,and what i was doing wrong and gave me a lovely cut for a very decent price. 10/10Service: Long haircut
I’ve seen a different Barber each time, and each time the haircut has been excellent. Now they offer appointments, so if you do have a favourite, you can book. Always very friendly too.

Got Best haircut I've had in a while from Gabi !!
Came to this place excited as it had 5* at the time apart from one review speaking of wait times which felt a little unfair, they can't change that. Having walked past a few times and seeing the place packed and people standing waiting I was lucky enough to need a haircut during a workday when I was off meaning I only had a short wait. The man who cut my hair was friendly and knowledgeable about what would look best, and gave feedback on what I asked for which I haven't gotten elsewhere and will serve me well. Book wise this shop knows their stuff! The haircut was good, I have no concerns about that and a few weeks on the hair seems good. The problems come in the beard trim I also asked for. My partners first response when she saw it was "did someone new cut your beard?" with a look of bemusement And it's been trouble for me since, needing an abnormal amount of at home touch ups. A real shame based on everything I've heard on Google reviews. May give this another go in future, but for now going to stick with what I know works for me. Prices were reasonable for Cambridge, although there's the "what tip would you like to give" screen when paying which is what it is. Not sure about the free coffee mentioned, one bloke had a coffee when I was in and got charged. Complimentary might only be when they're busy. Could do with a website update too!
