Had to find a new hairdresser at the beginning of 2021and Bangs Salon was recommended to me. Have been 3 times now and am totally over the moon with my cut & colour, each time I leave. Friendly people, cool little salon and plenty of parking. Emma Jane
Asked if ther were any free apts, wanted to see my passport fine. Asked again if ther were any free apts. Then she wanted to scan my card.... um no il go somewhere else thanks! Yr not scanning passport when i havnt even got an apt like what the hell

The best hairdressers in town !!! Donna and the girls at Bang are just amazing!!! I've come from going to Servilles and Toni & Guy in Auckland and I'm way happier with my hair now whether it's long, short, blonde, brunette, red - they've helped me change my look so many times over the years and I've been super happy with each one!!! Best cut I’ve had, and I have travelled widely and had experience in many salons. Great advice and management around my schedule too. I Very much appreciate the attention to detail.
I called to make an appointment. And was told someone had cancelled and i could come in. In an hour. When i came in 10mins later.. way before the "appt started" to see how long it woulf take. Was surprized it would take 2 hours which would go past 3 and school pickup. So i advised id need another appt. I was charged a non show up fee of 50% even though it wasnt an appointment i had made. And only a call in for someone elses missed appt. management were rude and hostile when i tried to enquire as to whether that was their standard policy on last min fill-in appts. I paid what she thought i owed her although i dont see how any reasonable person would call that fair
Great place, has a nice aesthetic and great service. I always get my hair cut here and they do a great job every time
