Haven't been to the airport for ages. Wait zone awesome, map accurate, helpful polite public zone assistant to pull over to ask if I could wait safely 5min or drive around again. Good safe experience using the public pickup zone for domestic arrivals.

Very empty due to covid. Only 1 restaurant was open, but it's pretty good.

As has been the case over the many years of flying around the country the Auckland airport has always served us well. When picking up people and you have to go inside the terminals the carparks are ridiculously expensive but you have no other choice. But the service and facilities are pretty good.

I had a great all around experience here. Security checkpoints weren't as overwhelming and invasive as they are in the US, and the check-in process was smooth. There's a convenience store and some restaurants nearby in case you arrive early for your flight and need to grab a quick bite.

Everything flowed efficiently. Space was clean, tidy and good signage.

Can't believe we have minimal flights at moment yet still we had to bus from plane to domestic terminal. And we still operate a same entry and exit point for departure and arrival pickups. We must be one of the only countries in the developed world still doing so.

The Auckland airport authority is so very nice. The countrymen made me believe that New Zealand tops the chart of sincere and loving country around the globe. No other nation can surpass this welcoming nature!! Love you NZ..
