The last time I came here was over 3 years ago and the experience was not good so I didn’t come back. My partner wanted to book us both in for a massage because she loves coming here but I was skeptical. Safe to say that I will be back after being taken care of by Mitch and Rex. They were both very attentive to make sure the pressure they used was comfortable and the tea at the end was a drinkable temperature and not too sweet. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Bamboo Spa for an enjoyable experience.
I've seen April and Rex and both have been fantastic. I really enjoy coming here. Reasonably priced, parking nearby and lovely staff and massages. Only negative personally is the music is very loud and it does detract from the experience for me as I can still hear it over my own music. Other than that everything is great

Friendly prompt service, best massage I've had in over a year! Easy booking system, was able to secure same day booking online. I had the 1 hrs Hilot full body massage. I wanted light pressure for a relaxing massage and that is want I got. Masseuse kept checking in if the pressure was to be preference. Will be returning regularly.
Amazing all round experience with Rex for my first time here! My body was so full of knots and so tight and she worked her magic on me, I want to move in! I feel incredible and fully recommend this place to everyone who hasn’t visited Bamboo Spa Onehunga yet! 20/10 from me!
Mae was absolutely amazing! It's hard finding someone who will use hard pressure without pinching and I was in heaven! Went with my mum and aunt for a girls night and Michelle and April did so amazing on the both of them! Highly recommend!
