Seamless sign in process. Very punctual for start time. Clean environment. Well ventilated. AMAZING massuers - very courteous; respectful and made my daughter and me extremely comfortable. Will be booking it to be a regular Mother and daughter 'outing'.

100% satisfied! I did not even need to give much instructions. Went there with a really sore neck and back due to office work. Rowena was able to undo much of the knots and it was a very relaxing and healing experience. I recommend!

Absolutely pleasurable experience, my masseuse was friendly but a little quite, I would have preferred a little bit more of conversation, apart from that she was very good, her pressure was just right. I have actually booked a couples massage in a couple of weeks as I would like my husband to experience what I did.

Great massage. Nice and relaxing place. Albigale was great. I had ventosa cupping done as well. My first time . They also do manicures n pedicures too.making an appointment fir the massage was really Easy too. I messaged on messenger and theh called immediately.

Have been to three Bamboo Spa branches and by far my favorite is Takapuna because parking is really really easy. Henderson parking is not as easy but it is free. However, the setup of the massage room is also not great as it ends up being a throughfare for staff as reception is on one side and staff room on the other. The first time I went, the staff were so loud while having lunch, it ruined any relaxation. Takapuna massage room is smaller, very quiet and definitely has a cosier feel to it.

Absolutely amazing! Full body massage is awesome i feel great, released a lot of tension after that. Definitely coming back, thanks to the therapist lady that did my massage..May God bless your hands with your hard work
