Love shopping there! Great staff - friendly and helpful, but never pushy - great clothes and reasonable prices. And the building itself is a delight, makes the experience even better.

I had a great time looking at the huge range of colours and styles of clothing in Ballantynes sale. The staff were run off their feet as the shop was busy with customers, but they took time with each one and did not appear stressed or flustered. The computer was checked to find the item I wanted and the colour range shown to me. There was a tidy display of comfortable looking shoes too, sandals to dress up in, and others for daywear. I enjoyed the music playing in the store.
