Lynnette O'Connor, how did I arrive at this point in life? From farm girl to Olympian, wife & mother of 3,who are all heading off on their own adventures. Where did my life go, but more importantly where am I going? I have realised that life is a journey thats full of challenges, massive highs and terrible lows that make you realise how vulnerable we all are. Through it all what I have learnt is that your health & wellbeing is paramount to get you through all that life throws at you. Its easy for life to overwhelm us, family, work commitments or injury and suddenly we find ourselves in a rut, unfit, over wieght on a cycle of fad diets that never work. I believe that fitness should be a way of life and the key is finding a Balance and fitness thats right for you. I have been in the fitness industry for a big part of my life and have decieded that its time to bring my exsisting knowledge and life experiences to the talbe, throw in some new qualifications (its always good to re-educate yourself ) and become a Personal Trainer. My philosophy is that you don't have to wear lycra and join a gym, pump weights or run a marathon to get fit. Its about finding fitness thats right for you. Let me help you get your life in Balance
