At Bai Mint we are dedicated to providing our customers with the ultimate massage experience from qualified and experience practitioners from Thailand.

Our Journey

In 2013 after completing her Massage Qualifications in Thailand Mint took the opportunity to open our first Bai Mint Thai Massage branch in Napier. With the help from Lanu, Nong and our professional therapist team Bai Mint services has been growing in demand.

Now in 2017 we are ready to introduce Bai Mint to the community of Rotorua where customers can expect the same service and experience.

I found this Thai massage place via Google maps.  The ratings were excellent so I booked it online. When I arrived they were available so I didn’t have to wait for my exact appointment time.   The therapist was truly  performing a Thai massage.  I had been getting Thai massages everyday when I visited Thailand, and she performed the massage perfectly.  The pressure was good and she knew where to find the problem areas.  The facility was really clean and the linen was fresh.  I recommend this over Chinese massages or traditional massages, because I enjoy the stretching and kneading.

Deserves 10 stars.  Don't go here as it is so good you will want to go back every day.  Incredible massage.  Felt so good.  Booking my next massage now!

Arrived with headache and left without headache. Great pressure. Felt wonderful.  Good value.

Booked online for my partner for 2.10pm got there at 2 waited 30 min for someone to come out then they had him wait in a room for almost another 30 min before he walked out. Terrible service, online booking is a waste of time and they obviously don't care about the customer.

Waited nearly an hour after my appointment was surpposed to be only to be taken in and sat down on a bed waited another half hour nobody came near me so left. Would not recommend this place at all only put one star cos it wouldn’t let me put none

Pleasantly surprised at the skill of the masseuse.  Lots of options and we got a discount as a couple.  I went back the next day and had a foot massage.  Friendly staff. Authentic Thai. Good English and really helpful and friendly.  You can book online and they can get quite busy during holiday season.  In the heart of the city.  We'll go again.
