BABYPHUNK has an amazing $6.50 flat rate for shipping within NZ. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

For RURAL there is a flat rate of $12. For international please email or PM for rates.

We are happy to offer a replacement or store credit with any faulty items or exchanges - though we do do thorough quality checks with each item when we receive them, and prices are decided accordingly to quality of item.

Exchanges can be made if stock is available. Returns need to be made within 7 days of the buyer receiving the items - in original condition and unsoiled.Postage back and forth is at buyers cost.
