Brought a few things from here awesome shop and fantastic service.
Customer service is beyond terrible. The two ladys in there late 30s early 40s where snarky unhelpful people they should not be on the frontline absolutely disgusting. I will never be shopping there again neither will my family. Baby factory service is amazing.
Beware when purchasing, as Baby City do not honour Warranties on products.
