Baby Warehouse is owned and operated by Karen McConnell who took over the ownership and management of Baby Warehouse in 2005 as a working mum who saw a need for baby products and developmental toys to be delivered to the door – as opposed to struggling with a baby or adventurous toddler through the various retail stores downtown!
Karen is passionate about helping mums and mums-to-be obtain the items they need in a timely manner and often goes out of the way to deliver goodies on the weekend. She takes pride in the fact that Baby Warehouse is known for its fantastic customer service and for going the extra mile.
In addition to the Baby Warehouse, Karen runs her own accountancy and business management company with her husband and together with their 3 children, enjoy life on a farm on the outskirts of Auckland.
