Purchased a Nuna Exec car seat for our daughter from baby on the move, it was used for less than 6 months, when we uninstalled it to clean spew from it there was a latch broken. This causing the car seat to be completely unusable. Baby on the move never came to the party to support us but passed the buck onto the importers who were completely dismissive. All in all a terrible outcome we’re now out of pocket $1000 and have no car seat that works. Completely dissatisfied and let down by baby on the move considering we spent $1000’s on all of our daughters needs from baby on the move.
The staff and service are great! Lovely shop with beautiful products available. We have always purchased all our Car seats from this store. Loaded with knowledge, friendly, helpful staff and of course having them fit your car seat correctly for you... it's a no brainer to get them from there!nI have marked them as a 4 star purely due to location... if the store was in New Plymouth it would be far more accessible. But besides location I can not fault this store and their staff ....amazing!
The staff at Baby on the move are very helpful and familiar with the specs of each car seat. They patiently and kindly answered all my questions regarding the most suitable car seat for us. I am very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been very impressed with the advice I’ve been given around products such as prams, car seats, and other baby accessories. Recently in Easter sale purchased a stroller online with collection at store. Upon pickup discovered it was not a compact travel stroller as described online. Store would not allow exchange for another stroller which would have meant spending more money in store. Was told product I purchased was end of line remains full price on website, did not sell well and it was ordered in for me, despite ordering on national website - all points irrelevant to my transaction. Will not be purchasing Tripp Trapp, our 2nd car seat or anything else from here unfortunately.
