I haven't been to this gym for 2years, until today and it's even more awesome now They have open up into the building next door for their boxfit classes which are available most days of the week and theres even one on Saturday!! The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend joining up!! Or just coming to the classes. If your for the challenge
Great atmosphere. Friendly staff.
Not family friendly. When I joined, the owner said not to bring my daughter in until after 7pm, which is her bedtime. I have no babysitter. She's old enough that she's had her own personal trainer for the past year. When I said I didn't know how to use the weight equipment, his exact words were, "Well, it's not really our job to show you how to use the equipment. I suggest you use the internet, like YouTube, and go look it up." One of his personal trainers was standing right next to him. He could have offered for me to hire them for a session to help me out at least.
Down home unpretentious training where people actually say hello and there aren't masses of mirrors or TVs to pose in front of or distract you. Best gym I've met in 15 years.
Awesome 24 hour gym with a great environment. I visit as part of the lat39 program for CrossFit. Friendly trainers and great equipment!
Love working out at any of the rampage gyms. People are always friendly and staff always oj had to help out
