While I am sure you are very very good at treatment, I was absolutely disgusted today to be told I was being disrespectful when I cancelled an appointment to instead pursue a possible surgical solution. I am mother to a 16 year old talented musician who needs his hand in good order. I have listened to the advice I have received, and made the best decision, I, as a mother can make. To then have a receptionist have a go at me for making this choice is beyond belief and makes me suspect my son was just being seen as an ACC cash cow. However, as said, I have no complaints about the actual treatment service received and I am sure you are very good in your field. However, my conversation with your receptionist has certainly left a sour taste and I can only hope that myself and my family don't have further injuries that require us to use your services. I would probably look to travel out of town rather than deal with her again.
These guys really know their stuff. Felt heard and aware of best next steps for my recovery. All of our family have used and trust their knowledge and advice for injury. Thanks Sarah and Adam.
