I had a family member my mother request help due to her having covid she has serious health conditions as does her partner and her 84yr old father that lives with them all are covid positive, today she was called by a woman who made her feel absolutely uncomfortable and degraded as the woman said to her "can't you get groceries online".... get it together awarua you are meant to help people not make them feel embarrassed about asking for help she wouldn't have asked if that was the case absolutely disgusted that my mother has been made to feel this way when all she wanted was support, don't offer services and support if you are not actually willing to help and instead ask people questions that are unnecessary nobody would ask for help if they did not actually need it.
