Atele is consistent with high quality patient care for some occasions she have to step in to assist other nurse/medtech when they're having difficulty finding my veins. She makes every interaction great with attention to details. Love how organise she is too. Thanks a lot. Keep up the good work. Team effort and the ambience is always busy yet accomodating.
Staff doing the blood test was bright energetic and kind. I went twice to drop my sample off and both times bunch of people at the reception desks with attitude were very unwelcoming. You walk in and they stare at you and talk to you with commanding tone.
Deirdre is amazing. First time I've been for tests in all my years and not even felt a thing. Also thank you for your wonderful customer service. So lovely & welcoming.
Deirdre did an excellent job in obtaining specimen samples and in guiding me through the process. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
